Suitable for petrochemical applications, the Stainless Steel Welded Flange is specially designed for sustaining severe service conditions caused due to sub-zero, high pressure or high temperature. Constructed with a long tapered hub, there is a gradual transition of thickness in the area of butt weld joining to the pipe.  Ensuring no restriction to the flow of liquid, this type of welded flange can be easily bored as to match the inner diameter of the mating pipe. This results in the reduction of erosion, thus preventing turbulence at the joint.
